– track the status of the electronic invoice with respect to the Interchange System
– send notifications to the biller to communicate changes in the status of the invoices
– send to archive


































E-INVOICING FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
ZenShare exposes web services through which it is possible to:
– receive electronic invoices (accounts payable) and make them available to the recipient company
– format invoices in pdf format
– send the acceptance responses to the Interchange System
– monitor the timing (15 days)
– specify the date of registration and the VAT protocol for invoices accepted to be sent for retention
