receive active invoices in xml format (ZenShare will take care of affixing the digital signature and sending it to the Interchange System)

monitor and retain the responses of the Interchange System

track the status of the electronic invoice with respect to the Interchange System

send notifications to the biller to communicate changes in the status of the invoices

send to archive

E-INVOICING FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

ZenShare exposes web services through which it is possible to:

receive electronic invoices (accounts payable) and make them available to the recipient company

format invoices in pdf format

send the acceptance responses to the Interchange System

monitor the timing (15 days)

specify the date of registration and the VAT protocol for invoices accepted to be sent for retention
