Problem<\/span>
<\/strong>The amount of paper documents had reached such proportions that it became unmanageable, the risk of losing documents was very high, and the possibilities for sharing were almost zero due to the lack of an adequate tool.<\/p>\n

Need<\/span>
<\/strong>It was necessary to have a system of archiving and subsequent dematerialization, and a system of replacement conservation that also met the legal obligations in this area.<\/p>\n

Targets<\/span>
<\/strong>The aim was to achieve a global improvement in company performance through:<\/p>\n

  • the elimination of paper documentation;<\/li>\n
  • the optimization of document management;<\/li>\n
  • the reduction of document archiving and storage costs;<\/li>\n
  • digital archiving of documents according to law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Implemented solution<\/span>
    <\/strong>ZenDMS, a Document Management solution, has allowed us to proceed with a massive digitalization of the document area. The flexibility of the solution has allowed a high level of integration and the possibility of foreseeing ad hoc functions for specific needs, which have therefore found full satisfaction.<\/p>\n

    <\/strong>The goal of rapid and intuitive navigation by category and document type has been achieved.
    More efficient document management has led to a significant improvement in company performance.
