Problem<\/span>
<\/strong>extreme confusion and disorder in the management, filing, research and storage of a huge quantity of documents, mostly paper-based. Great difficulty and too long times for sorting documents to the relevant offices or managers. Inefficiencies and high levels of stress related to the frequent loss of documents.<\/p>\n

Need<\/span>
<\/strong>identify a simple system to rationalize the flow of documents, simplify document sorting and filing operations. Eliminate, where possible, the presence of paper documentation, streamline document search times.<\/p>\n

    Implemented solution<\/span>
    <\/strong>The solution was identified in ZenDMS Protocol Edition, the ad hoc Document Management System solution for the document registration and provided with AGID certification for conservation.<\/p>\n

    <\/strong>The implementation of ZenDMS Protocol Edition fully met the customer’s needs and solved the problems related to document management and protocolization, also eliminating the phenomenon of document loss.
