The most significant, among the many innovations introduced by Release 13.3, undoubtedly concerns ZenProject, the Project Management solution of the ZenShare Suite, which sees the birth of the new project management module in SCRUM mode (Agile development). A set of additional features to those already present within the solution and which now make ZenProject an even more modern and complete solution, able to make the most of both SCRUM planning and organization on a time basis of activities (GANTT).

The ordered list of all the tasks relating to the individual orders that you have chosen to manage with SCRUM and on which the “Business value”, the estimate in “Story point” and the Importance, which are the characteristic properties of the SCRUM framework.
TEAM AND RESOURCES
The definition of the team and roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team Member starting from ZenProject users.
The area in which all the tasks assigned to the various members of the Team are shown and managed all through the duration of the Sprint and on which ZenProject conducts the analysis on the “Capacity” of the team and the monitoring of the “Velocity” during the Sprint.

Not less significant are the innovations that have affected the other solutions of the ZenShare Suite and which we briefly summarize below.
ZenCRM, the Customer Relationship Management solution of the ZenShare Suite, has seen the development of extensive improvements in the management of Opportunities, Contracts and the Agenda section. In the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) area, the separation between CPQ of ‘revenue’ and CPQ for internal use has been introduced. Also noteworthy is the introduction of a new dashboard dedicated to the Complete Funnel that aggregates the economic data from the contracts.
The entire document management area of the Suite has been enriched with features that have made significant improvements, especially in terms of usability and general organization. For example, the automatic foldering function of a document has been added (ie the automatic choice of the folder during publication starting from the metadata) also after modifying a document.
A first significant modernization and simplification of the interface was carried out on the Document Register System Module for the benefit of the overall usability of the solution which is significantly improved.
