ZenShare is an Information Management System created by Interzen. It is an integrated platform based on the management of structured and non-structured documents and information. The goal is to provide companies with an enabling system in the management of company processes and information.

ZenShare Architecture

ZenShare has an architecture structured on a basic framework that allows the management of portal flows and contents (Content Management), manages both the functionalities of frontend modules and manages system parameters.

  • It interfaces with the most common Web Servers guaranteeing a technological standard aligned with the platform in use.

  • The documentation is managed within the repositories defined by the customer.

  • The server indexes and makes available the contents of the electronic documents managed by ZenShare.

  • SOAP connectors (Web services) and specific API connections allow you to interact with the platform for the automatic exchange of data, from and towards external systems.
