NEW GRAPHIC DESIGN The graphic aspect of ZenShare has been renewed and improved thanks to a clearer representation of the objects and a more intuitive vision of the operations to be performed. The menu and the table views have also been revised with the aim of lightening the work area, freeing it from unnecessary graphic elements. The restyling of the icons served to make everything more intelligible and current. Particular attention was paid to Login to the Home page and to the Workflow and Document Register System areas in order to offer users a work environment in which to orientate and operate without difficulty. DOCUMENT SORTING It has been introduced the management of sorting documents to offices. DOCUMENT REGISTER SYSTEM • Attention was focused on optimization, for example the connector for direct scanning from Twain scanner, the possibility of sorting the correction, the possibility of correcting the scanned document and the possibility of scanning the attached documents were developed.

SECURITY Lead and Contact Master Data Sheet The differentiated management of 3 areas of consent to the processing of personal data has been envisaged: • Commercial consent • Marketing consent • Profiling consent Lead and Contact list filters The lateral search filters available for both leads and contacts contain fields relating to the 3 main areas of consent envisaged by ZenCRM (commercial, marketing, profiling). Expired consent to the processing of personal data The user of ZenCRM, using the filters available in the list of leads and contacts, can select leads and contacts for which one or more consents have expired and then choose which action to perform: • Anonymization • Cancellation Consent management page A web page accessible by the single lead or contact has been provided for the autonomous management of their consent to the processing of personal data. The leads or contacts display the fields relating to the areas of consent and other ancillary information. Once their preferences have been updated, the interested party will receive a summary email. DPO / Data Controller / GDPR Manager Users with an “administrator” role see an alert with the following information: • notification of functionalities update for the compatibility with the GDPR; • request for selection of the user who has the role of DPO / GDPR manager. MANAGEMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE IN PAPER OR DIGITAL FORMAT The functionality that manages the payable accounts in an automated and integrated way with SAP has been implemented. Invoices are recorded in SAP complete with barcode and VAT protocol. Their archiving and subsequent storage in ZenShare takes place by importing the data from SAP by means of a barcode that allows each invoice to be identified unequivocally and without the possibility of error MODELS Automatic email notification by model: the publication of a document associated with a particular model involves the automatic sending of an email notification to the group of users predefined by the document model itself. WORKFLOW – A section of the Workflow has been introduced to modify and approve users on selection. – Timed document suspension: in case of suspension of a document being approved in the Workflow, the system automatically restores the document to be approved at the end of the time foreseen by the suspension. API Web SERVICE – 2 new Web Services have been introduced to search for documents using the document model and the exact correspondence of the text. TIMETABLE A differentiated expiry system has been introduced: it is possible to define a specific expiry date based on the document model. Through direct access to the Limesurvey database, it is possible to obtain, in real time, information on the status of the compilation of each individual questionnaire and download the compiled version in PDF format.
