The Start Up Marketing Plus package responds to the need to configure automatic marketing functions beyond the features provided in the advanced marketing package. This package includes, in addition to the analysis phase, both a training service and a support and implementation service.

• The analysis phase of this package involves sending an information document which will be filled in by the customer and sent back to Interzen for system configuration.
• There are also 3 remote calls of 2 h each for a total of 6 h.

Choose the professional services package based on the version of ZenCRM chosen and the configurations you want to implement and the start-up support you want (training and assistance).
After making the payment you will be contacted by Interzen’s qualified staff to kick off the project.
Analysis activities will be carried out to collect the data necessary for the configuration of the system.
The system will be configured by Interzen consultants.
At the end of the configuration, the training included in the chosen package will be provided.
Once the project has started, you will be supported for the system set up using the tools made available for the time included in the selected package.
