The new ZenOrders module was released, for the management of orders from public bodies of the National Health Service integrated with NSO (Order Sorting Node) via the PEPPOL network (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line). The module allows you to create a new order (for a private customer or a public body) by entering the header data and selecting the products from the catalog. ZenOrders subsequently generates the XML file on which the compliance check takes place; once the order is confirmed, the system changes its status and proceeds to forward it to the NSO, in the case of orders from public bodies. The ZenOrders module is equipped with a DashBoard in which to view the status of all orders received. |

AGENDA New function of duplication of a commitment: the form for filling in a new commitment is proposed again with all the information taken from the previous commitment, except date and time. New functionality for meetings that are yet to be confirmed. If you create a meeting-type commitment and select the To be confirmed flag, the commitment in the agenda is displayed in Red; if the flag is deselected because the meeting is confirmed, the commitment follows the normal color, i.e. green for the user who created the commitment or dark green / orange for the participants depending on whether they have accepted / not yet accepted the I commit. CAMPAIGNS Differentiated management of campaigns of two alternative types: campaigns for commercial purposes (sending information of an administrative nature) and campaigns for marketing purposes (sending promotional and advertising information). In ZenCRM trackers (pre-set links for tracking user clicks) you can pass some additional data from the profile of the user who clicks on the tracker. In newsletters where Placeholder type fields are used, in the event that the data in the corresponding fields of the Leads / Contacts data sheet are missing, an obfuscation procedure takes place in which an empty space is shown in the placeholder.

NEW GRAPHIC DESIGN The graphic aspect of ZenShare has been renewed and improved thanks to a clearer representation of the objects and a more intuitive vision of the operations to be performed. The menu and the table views have also been revised with the aim of lightening the work area, freeing it from unnecessary graphic elements. The restyling of the icons served to make everything more intelligible and current. Particular attention was paid to Login to the Home page and to the Workflow and Document Register System areas in order to offer users a work environment in which to orientate and operate without difficulty. DOCUMENT SORTING It has been introduced the management of sorting documents to offices. DOCUMENT REGISTER SYSTEM • Attention was focused on optimization, for example the connector for direct scanning from Twain scanner, the possibility of sorting the correction, the possibility of correcting the scanned document and the possibility of scanning the attached documents were developed. |

The leads or contacts display the fields relating to the areas of consent and other ancillary information. Once their preferences have been updated, the interested party will receive a summary email. DPO / Data Controller / GDPR Manager Users with an “administrator” role see an alert with the following information: • notification of functionalities update for the compatibility with the GDPR; • request for selection of the user who has the role of DPO / GDPR manager.
