ZenShare UP: first IT component accredited in Italy in the SSU Catalog

We are proud to announce that ZenShare UP, Interzen Consulting’s Cloud Native platform for the digitalization and automation of public and private sector processes based on a microservices architecture, has been officially recognized by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy (MIMIT) as a compliant IT component for the One-Stop Shops Information System (SSU).

All administrations involved in SUAP procedures, both municipalities and third-party entities, must adapt their IT systems to the technical interoperability specifications.

First in Italy

ZenShare UP first IT component accredited in the SSU Catalog

A national record achieved on behalf of one of our third-party clients, active in the water management sector, which chose ZenShare UP to digitize and manage the One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (SUAP) procedures in an interoperable, efficient, and transparent manner.

With our ZenShare UP platform, the organization will comply with current legislation and will be able to:

  • start investigations starting from the SUAP requests
  • manage documentation and the life cycle of practices
  • prepare integration requests
  • transmit opinions and final documents.
Legal obligation

Indeed, as required by law and within the scope of the PNRR initiative “Digitalization of One-Stop Shops for Productive Activities and Construction”, all Administrations involved in SUAP procedures, both Municipalities and Third-Party Bodies, must adapt their IT systems to the specific interoperability techniques.
Thus, thanks also to the use of ZenShare UP, the organization will be able to respond to the regulation by the new deadline of February 26, 2026, a deadline that has been extended from the previous one of July 25, 2025.
We, at Interzen Consulting, had already followed with interest months ago, during the FORUM PA event, the session organized by Unioncamere entitled “Digitization and simplification of one-stop-shops (SUAP): the future is happening now!”: a discussion that allowed us to fully grasp the importance and urgency of this transformation.

Today we are thrilled to contribute concretely with our platform to this step towards the digitalization of the PA.
