Monitor the progress of your projects and better manage tasks and resources.
With ZenProject it is possible to monitor and control the progress of a project and, on the basis of real and updated data, regularly check if actual times and costs are within the limits estimated in the contracting phase.
The WBS area
It is the area of ZenProject dedicated to the planning of phases, activities, tasks, milestones, to the allocation of resources, and to thedefinition of times and deadlines. From here it is possible to monitor and control the progress of a project and on the basis of real and updated data, regularly check if actual times and costs are within the limits estimated in the contracting phase.
The Task Management section
It is the section of ZenProject where all the tasks assigned to each resource converge.
The user/resource assignee of one or more tasks accesses all the assigned tasks directly from the ZenCRM Operative Home or from the Task Management section.
From the list of assigned tasks, clicking on each task opens a detailed sheet on the specifications of that task which have already been defined in the activity planning phase, it is possible to view the times (expected days, actual days), the description of the task and the progress expressed in percentage terms.
The latter can be modified by the assigned resource who will keep the progress percentage of the work updated.
Upon completion of a task, the resource has the opportunity to signal the closure of the task through the ‘COMPLETE’ key.
Each change in the progress or completion of a task is automatically reflected in the WBS and GANTT areas of the job orders area, providing the Project Manager and more generally the Company Management with the possibility of a real-time view of the actual status of the works and any temporal deviations from the scheduled deadlines.
Not only that, each resource, always from the same screen, therefore without the need to move elsewhere, has the opportunity to directly access the reporting on that task using an ad hoc button.
