Problem
the administrative area complained of problems, delays and inefficiencies in the issue and management of electronic invoices, in particular towards the Public Administration.

Need
have an electronic invoicing system that was easy to use and fully compliant with the law.

Goals

  • improve the management of administrative practices through an automatic system for managing electronic invoices;
  • be able to count on a system compliant with current legislation on electronic invoicing and on a customer assistance service in case of problems.

Project description
The service offered by ZenShare Cloud FE includes:

  • the acquisition of invoice flows in XML format from the customer;
  • the validation and control of the correctness of the XML;
  • affixing of the digital signature on the XML;
  • sending it to Sogei, (the General Information Technology Company of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in charge of exchanging electronic invoicing for the PA);
  • management of outcomes and notifications;
  • digital archiving of electronic invoices.

Solution implemented
The adoption of Zen E-Invoices has solved all the problems concerning the issue, management and storage of electronic invoices.
